The inspiration for the collection Whimsy began, says designer Joanna Figueroa, when she was scouring the booth of one of her favorite flea market shops a few months ago. She came across wonderful vintage flashcards. There seemed to be hundreds of them & so she spent the next hour looking through the entire pile, one by one, picking out favorites. A few coordinating prints & several whimsical florals thrown in and “Whimsy” was born.
